Our Custom Order Process:
Upload your inspo and comments or contact us via email, instagram DM or text and let us know what you’re looking for. We will work together to determine design details and pricing. We’re also happy to set up a video call to discuss your vision, just let us know your preference!
Upon finalization of design and pricing, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit to begin production.
Receive a CAD drawing of your piece for confirmation and approval. Any substantial changes (carat or gold weight, etc.) may incur additional costs but will be clearly indicated at this time.
Within 2-3 weeks of confirmation, you will receive a pre-shipment video and photos and we will collect final payment.
Receive your perfect piece within 3 days of final payment!
Custom pieces are final sale, however, each piece is individually quality inspected by our owner before shipping to you. If you have any issues with your custom creation after it’s delivered to you, please contact us so that we can come up with a solution.
