Our Custom Order Process:

1. Contact us via email, instagram DM or text and let us know what you’re looking for. We will work together to determine design details and pricing. We’re also happy to set up a video call to discuss your vision, just let us know your preference!
2. Upon finalization of design and pricing, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit to begin production.
3. Receive a CAD drawing of your piece for confirmation and approval. Any substantial changes (carat or gold weight, etc.) may incur additional costs but will be clearly indicated at this time.
4. Within 2-3 weeks of your confirmation, receive your perfect piece!
